Cassine Gardens 273- Kwitcherbeachin'

The house is in an excellent location, close to the beautiful beach. Located in a beautiful park with great pools and tennis court. The house itself is spacious, well equipped and has very comfortable beds. We loved our stay with a family of 5.

This location is perfect. It is within walking proximity to the beach and restaurants, but also tucked away from the busy 30A. Its location is even closer to the neighborhood pool and tennis courts which were situated behind the unit.
The beds in the rooms were medium to firm. Pillows are on the flatter side. Plenty of kitchen utensils for cooking.
At the time of our stay, three bikes were available for use, which was lovely for such a bike friendly town.
I also loved that, right by the parking lot, there is also a trail the leads into the Eastern Lake Trails and campgrounds, should you want a change of scenery or a shaded walk in solitude.
If I return to the area, I would highly consider staying here again.

Loved staying here! The place was up to date and trendy, everything was exactly as described, very clean, had everything that we needed. The hosts were super attentive and responsive although we really didn’t need anything. We loved parking by the road to cross the road to the beach with ease. The sand and water were beautiful! Nuestra estadía fue excelente. El inmueble está ubicado en una zona privilegiada para recorrer en bicicleta la famosa 30A Scenic Highway, que conecta los pueblos costeros más bonitos de la zona, cerca de hermosas playas así como de pueblos encantadores para visitar y recorrer en familia como Seaside, Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, Miramar Beach, Santa Rosa Beach, Destin y Panama City Beach.
La propiedad es muy cómoda, limpia, segura y cuenta con todo lo necesario para sentirse como en casa. Mi familia se sintió muy a gusto durante la estadía, sin duda, recomendamos este lugar al 100% y volveríamos sin dudarlo.

Loved our stay. The condo was beautiful and everything in it was high end. The pickleball court was right in our backyard and we played every day. There were hiking trails in the forest twenty steps from our door. The neighborhood was quiet and very pretty. The beach access was right across the street from our neighborhood. There were restaurants and shops within in walking distance and we could bike to other towns on 30A. Hope to come back next year!

My family of 4 enjoyed our stay at Unit 273 in Cassine Gardens. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. We were so happy to have the wagon, chairs and umbrella to make our beach visits a little easier. The bikes were a plus, too! We loved the peaceful scenery and the privacy of the unit. We would definitely book here again.

This place was great for me and my two teens. I needed separate space for the teens and at least two bathrooms . This unit had 2.5 bathrooms with tvs in both bedrooms and living room believe me we were happy. We were so comfortable and enjoyed riding in the beautiful friendly neighborhood of Cassine and going for ice cream or talking to neighbors. I am already thinking about our next vacation.

If you don't mind a short walk to the beach this is the place for you. The listing came with everything we needed: bikes, pool, close to shops and food, and most importantly the beach. The beach was a little crowded, but this was not a big deal for us.

Our family of 6 stayed over July 4th week. Very clean. Rental came with 3 bikes, 1 which needed fixed and host was quick to respond and it was fixed by the next day. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Approx. 5 min walk to the beach, most of the walking is through the village which is nice and peaceful (with some shade). Overall just a beautiful place to stay.

I'm a very picky person when it comes to cleanliness and this place far exceeded my expectations! It was also a great location and had amenities just steps away out the back door such as a pool, tennis court, and 2 bikes. The place felt a bit private as it was kind of in the back corner of the units. It had everything in the kitchen I needed. A public beach was right across the road/short walk. The only negative I can say is the washing machine broke while we were there and I was unable to do laundry. They were responsive to my message, just unable to repair or replace the machine during our stay.
I would highly recommend this unit and would be sure to stay again if we're back in the area.
