We really enjoyed the condo we stayed at. Everything was great! And RealJoy was a pleasure to deal with. We had zero issues or concerns. Thank you!

Wonderful place to stay for a nice, relaxing weekend with my wife. The condo is just as described, is right on the beach, and in a great spot that’s close by to the grocery store and good restaurants. The master bed was very comfortable to sleep in as well. You can rent beach equipment (chairs, table, umbrella) from Jake’s right as you enter the beach, highly recommended. Don’t forget to bring your beach towels as the towels provided are prohibited for the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing location, near the fun but quiet in the sun. the beach was gorgeous and on a quiet strip, not built up and super busy. Beware the area has sand dunes so you will have eto walk up and down a lot of stairs but it's definitely worth it!

The location is just amazing and the beach and surrounding area is quiet and less busy compared to other parts of 30A.
The unit could be updated a bit more, how’s we would love to stay here again.

My family and I had the best Thanksgiving holiday. The condo kitchen was extremely well stocked and I was able to cook a full Thanksgiving day meal from scratch without any issue. Location was fantastic, as well. One of the best thanksgivings, ever!

Property was convenient to the beach with a lovely view when it rained (all week). Easy to get to Seaside to the West and Alys and Rosemary Beach to the East. Everything was clean and worked properly.

This condo was exactly what we were looking for for our anniversary get away. We really appreciated the location and cleanliness of the condo. The beach access was great and not overly crowded right near our boardwalk.

The excellent reviews depicted online prior to booking were “on point”. Everything about the property was accurate & exactly as stated in the reviews. The RealJoy staff were readily available as well! For example, my GPS somehow misread the address provided online for the unit. However, Logan was able to provide the accurate address & advised how to “type it into” my GPS. It worked! I was very grateful from 5- hours of driving to have that type of prompt travel support. One negative comment that is related to our noisy neighbors, I believe they were in Unit #203. Next time, I will need to know how/to whom it should be reported. I will be returning soon, perhaps with my sister or partner. Thanks for a Great 60th Birthday getaway RealJoy vacations. I loved it !

This property had the best location and access to the beach! We absolutely loved every minute of our stay and had everything we needed at the condo. The view was beautiful, especially with the nice grass lawn and you can’t beat taking the stairs down to the private beach access. The location was also perfect in terms of being near to Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach and Seacrest Beach with tons of food options. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Capistrano on 30A! The unit was very clean when we arrived and had everything we needed! The location was perfect; in the heart of 30A, just a mile from The Hub and 3-4 miles from Seaside. Our unit (103) was a ground floor unit with a nice patio with a nice ocean view; the beach was just a short walk down the steps. We will be back!

Great property with large grass lawn before reaching the beach. Small building with only 9 units and protected from the street so surprisingly quiet. Very clean, spacious, and well equipped. Plenty of linens. The beach area was not crowded and felt fairly private. Chairs provided by Jake’s Beach Service. Grocery shopping available in PCB approximately 15 minutes away. We hope to return soon.

Location is great! Very close to dining in the area and the beach access is excellent. The beach was perfect, not at all crowded like other areas nearby. The pictures must be old because the couch, TV, and some other furnishing have been updated. While this unit does not allow pets others in the building do. Just something to keep in mind as every other renter had a dog.

Capistrano 103 met all of our needs. The unit is in a great spot on 30a and offers great privacy for a ground floor condo. The interior was clean, the A/C unit did a marvelous job, water pressure in the shower was good, and the mattresses were better than expected. If traveling with little ones, I would suggest bringing your own paper/plastic utensils, plates, cups, etc. as everything in the unit was glass or ceramic. Overall would stay again in a heartbeat.

Property was very clean and we felt very comfortable in that respect. Parking in front (private) lot was invaluable. Everything was easy and location beautiful. The sofa was a bit dirty looking, we put towels on it to feel comfortable.

On 30A location is everything! We couldn’t believe the views! The 100 level floor condo was dreamy! Walk right out to comfy grass, roses and views of the beautiful beach and water! King bed was SOO comfortable! Many of our friends who had to walk for miles to get to the beach were jealous of us! We will be staying right here several times a year for many years to come!

A perfect spot for a family of four. Our kids are younger so the area in the back with grass was key for taking a break from the sand. Plus, when the kids went to bed, we were able to sit on the patio and listen to the waves with a few adult beverages. The HUB dining/entertainment complex was a short drive west, and in the other direction was the beautifully upscale Rosemary Beach. So, you get the best of both worlds. We'll definitely be back.

Great location with access to the beach right out your back door via a private walkway. End unit offers a little more privacy. First floor with easy in and out. Unit configuration laid out well with bedrooms at front with kitchen and family room having great views of the back yard and a glimpse of the water. Walkable to shops and restaurants if you like a stroll. Would definitely stay here again given the overall value and location

Very nice place and loved being able to have a good access to the beach! Will be back. Only downfall was the internet wasn’t good. Had to go to neighboring beaches to get access. But loved the stay in Seacrest.
