Snowbird Season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. **Construction on the beach access is occurring and will be completed by April 30, 2025. During this time, the One Seagrove beach access will be closed, including over Spring Break. For your convenience, the nearest public beach accesses are Bramble Grove, 1 mile west, and Eastern Lake, 1 mile east.**

Fresh flooring and a washer/dryer add extra convenience, while stylish new furniture and artwork create an inviting atmosphere throughout.

With a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the guest room, a bunkroom featuring two twin-over-twin bunk beds plus a trundle, and a sleeper sofa in the living room, this lovely condo comfortably accommodates up to 9 guests. Make toes in the Sand your new family beach tradition!

Beachwood Villas is a tropically landscaped, low-rise complex on Hwy 30A in Seagrove Beach. Complex amenities include: 2 Pools (one seasonally heated), lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard, kids play area, and multiple grilling and picnic spots! Also, many local area eateries such as Cafe 30a, Angelina's, and Dough Sea Dough Donuts are nearby- not to mention, Seaside is a short 1.5 miles drive or bike ride away!

Seaside is a fantastic destination, most widely known for being featured in the Truman Show with Jim Carrey. Its incredible architecture has helped to make it famous but also its faithful replication of the kind of seaside town that used to be common up and down the coast. Seaside has its own Farmer's Market, post office, Repertory Theater and neighborhood school. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine and the incredible architecture that makes Seaside famous. There are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you'll find it all right here.

30A is a fantastic destination, the beaches are some of the world’s best with sugar white sand and emerald green waters. You will find plenty of beach accesses along a 17 mile stretch of Santa Rosa Beach. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine and the incredible architecture that makes 30A famous, there are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you'll find it all right here.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Great Place!!!

Great location

This was our first time to come to the Seagrove/Santa Rosa Beach area. We will definitely be back. This condo was conveniently located across from the beach, near a gas station where we could purchase ice daily, and walking distance to restaurants. The kids enjoyed the nearby bike rental shop. They rode them all week. This condo had all the kitchen utensils and appliances you can imagine. It was spacious, clean, and decorated nicely. This area seemed safe; we had no problems. Cute squirrels who came for a treat during the mornings. If I had to say one area that needed work, it would be the pools. Both were extremely warm and cloudy. Complex might want to invest in a fountain system to connect to the jet in order to circulate water to cool the temperature down.

Checkin and checkout was easy. This rental company kept in touch checking in on us throughout our stay. Only having one issue of a loud family above us for the first 2 nights. The next set of guests were like church mice. Condo was clean; essentials were provided as stated. We definitely enjoyed our time here!

We were looking for an updated, really nice condo close to the beach for a mother/daughter weekend. I am extremely particular about cleanliness. Hands down this is one of the nicest we’ve stayed at. It’s an older property but it is very well maintained and the unit was remodeled and decorated beautifully. We would definitely stay here again.

House is very spacious for larger families, modern, in a very nice area steps from Santa Rosa Beach. The Host communicated and followed up to see how we were doing, everything was great all around.

Toes in the sand

This rental was great for our family. Our boys were able to swim in the pool while my husband and I sat on the balcony watching them. The walk to the beach was just across the street. There is a Publix that is not too far away and a Tom Thumb gas station that has pretty much anything you would need as well. I am a runner and I was able to enjoy a great run straight down 30A passed all the adorable little shops and continue to a nice boardwalk with a beautiful view. Shopping was fun as well at those cute little shops. Highly recommend if you are looking for a family friendly beach vacation rental.

Clean and easy

Had a great stay . Very clean . One toilet didn’t work for a day which was a bit of an issue . Great location ! Would come back to this area for sure . Only other small complaint was bedding was not super comfortable and dishes didn’t fit in dishwasher well .

Fantastic Hidden Gem in Seagrove

The Beachwood Villa community is tucked right behind 30A and across from a popular Seagrove beach walk. It is walking distance to restaurants, bike rental, and Tom Thumb gas station and market. It is a great value and if you choose wisely you can have a newly renovated studio or a larger 3-bedroom/2-bath villa overlooking a well-landscaped courtyard or one of two pools. Our recent rental, 12B Toes in the Sand, was recently remodeled in a beautiful beach theme and had everything you would want for a week at the beach. Nice kitchen supplies, fluffy towels, laundry room, master bedroom overlooking pool and balcony, smart TVs, well-maintained decor. We absolutely loved it for an off-the-beach property that had quick access to the beach, groceries, biking to The Hub, or biking to Seaside. If you’re looking to avoid on-the-beach prices but hesitant to not be beachside of 30A, you’ll be surprised by how much you enjoy this location.
