This Miramar Beach location places you not only close to popular gulf front restaurants but also near championship golf, tennis, and water recreation rentals at Seascape. Grocery stores, wine shops, and one of the nation's largest discount designer centers, famously known as the Silver Sands Premium Outlets are nearby. Family amusements, seasonal festivals, outdoor concerts, specialty shops, lively bars, and a wide array of restaurants are minutes away at the enchanting Village of Baytowne Wharf as well as swank Grand Boulevard in Sandestin.

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. A number of boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine, and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food. In 2013, Walton County’s first movie theater opened at Grand Boulevard’s Town Center – the state-of-the-art Boulevard 10 Movie Theater.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Family Getaway

Beach Therapy is by far our favorite house thus far in the Gulf Pines Neighborhood. We had family from ages 1 to 71 and it fit all of our needs and some! The spacious living and eating quarters accommodated our large family and included all the amenities you could want. The heated pool is a must and nightly s’more’s roasting was the perfect touch! Book this place!

Our family of fifteen was delighted with this spacious home. Our check-in was flawless and the company rapidly answered any of our questions. The pool was immaculate and was serviced while we were there. Because we did some cooking, I especially appreciated the appliances in top-notch condition. We also really gave the washer and dryer a work-out. My only suggestion is to be sure and bring some dish cloths/towels or plan on using a lot of paper towels. I would also suggest that you take advantage of renting the golf cart--we used it every day to travel to the beach.
We loved this home and would certainly rent form RealJoy again.

Fantastic week at Beach Therapy

This house was perfect for our week long family vacation. We had a 1 and a 3 year old with us who loved running around the big back yard (obviously always with adult supervision because of the pool), but we knew that going in. The pool was fun and beautifully lit up at night. It was wonderful not having a lot of flights of stairs with the kids and older adults with bad knees (me). We made s’mores around the fire pit one night too! We did rent the golf cart for the one with bad knees, but some walked it and it wasn’t bad. Just nice to have the cart to haul chairs and the canopy to the beach. The kitchen had plenty of room and was stocked well. Plenty of seating for all of us to dine together. Only have a few negatives-when I swept one day and got behind the chairs in the living room, I think the dust bunnies back there had been there for quite some time. The furniture had some wear, but not terrible. (It’s a rental and I suppose that is to be expected). Also, there should be a door on the shower in the bedroom that opened onto the patio. There was no way to keep water off the floor so we had to use and wash towels often. And more hooks need to be in place in the bathrooms to hang a towel or clothes. In the back bedroom that opened to the outside, it looked like possibly a renter before us put up some 3M hooks on the wall…so maybe some hooks in each bathroom since they are on the small side. Overall, I give the house 5 stars and would definitely rent it again!!

The Most Beautiful Oasis!

This rental was everything I could have dreamed of for my bachelorette girl's trip! We all wanted something relaxing & spacious enough, for our large group of 14, & this home checked all the boxes! With it being March, we added the pool heat & were pleased that it remained properly heated for the duration of our trip! Being able to add the golf cart was nice but we only used it a few times b/c we either stayed on the property for our enjoyment, utilized lift/uber for further trips out, or we walked to the beach & nearby convenience store! The home & neighborhood are a dream, & I definitely would book a trip there again!

This location is more beautiful than pictured. The house is spacious enough to accommodate everyone and not feel crowded. It is literally a private oasis! The beach is in walking distance, just be mindful of any littles or elderly you may have with you. The neighborhood is quiet and neighbors will even come out of their house to greet and provide directions is you appear to be lost. There is also an abundance of restaurants, shopping and activities for all near by so don't worry about missing out on anything. All in all, everything went well, there were no issues and we will gladly come again. Thank you RealJoy for taking care of us!

Newly renovated, very impressive finishes. The grounds are the biggest selling point - the yard is enormous, and beautifully designed. The pool is large and the ability to heat it meant we could swim on cold days. The location is ideal. We will rent again!
