Welcome to Bahia Breeze located on the bayside of Sandestin within the Grand Complex! This three-bedroom 3 three-bath is complete with incredible views! This condo has 2 queen beds, a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a queen guest bedroom, and a queen sofa sleeper to comfortably sleep 10 guests. The spacious balcony is the perfect spot for sunset dinners and spans the corner of the condo featuring backdrop views of Choctawhatchee Bay! When you're not catching the sun on the beach, relax by the lagoon pool and enjoy all the fabulous amenities. Come have the beach vacation of a lifetime at Bahia Breeze!

*Please note that parking in the garage at Bahia is $10 per stay, which covers one vehicle. It is offered on a first-come, first-served basis and is not guaranteed. Overflow parking is available on-site at the Inspiration lot nearby, which is a few minutes away on foot. We recommend one vehicle.

Bahia in Miramar Beach adds contemporary flair to vacation rentals at the Village with its South Beach-inspired motif. Bahia features luxury Destin, Florida condominium rentals located next to Lasata and across from The Grand Sandestin. The boutique-style condos also offer access to The Grand Sandestin pool and fitness center. Many like to fish off this long wharf or stroll out to the end to enjoy the shimmering scenery. Baytowne offers a wide array of restaurants, lively bars, seasonal festivals with fireworks, free concerts, and abundant amusements. We had a wonderful stay. The condo we rented was as advertised. It was clean upon arrival and the starter pack was generous. Real Joy Vacations was the best property mgmt we ever dealt with. They were quick to respond, friendly, helpful and conscientious about the service they provided. We could not ask for better. We look forward to returning next year!

Can't say enough positive things about RealJoy. I've dealt with property management before with beach rentals in other states but none match the high level of professionalism we experienced with the RealJoy Destin team. They were proactive, friendly, extremely responsive and prompt when we reached out with questions. The starter package in the condo was generous. We were familiar with the location we were renting beforehand but dealing with the RealJoy team was a bonus. We are already booked for next year!

NYE gettaway

This is a gorgeous unit — plenty of room, gorgeous views and the property is stunning. Kitchen is generous and perfect for cooking for a large family ( if that is your thing) . The only room for improvement would be making sure toy have the right door code — this can be two units ..as a three bedroom .

I recently stayed at resort and had a very pleasant experience. Check-in was a breeze. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the essentials, offering a nice view of the resort's grounds.
The pool area was well-maintained and provided a great place to relax. The resort also had easy access to a lovely beach, which was a definite highlight of my stay.
Overall, the resort offered good value for the price, and my family and I had a great time. It's a solid choice for anyone looking to enjoy a relaxing vacation in Florida.

Beautiful Property

Just the husband and I for a short getaway, but the unit made us want to linger longer. We cooked no meals but the kitchen seemed well equipped. King bed so comfortable and unit furnished beautifully. Gorgeous view and lovely outdoor balcony for early morning or evening sunset (too hot during the day). Figuring out the building location and garage parking a bit frustrating first day, but overall great experience!

It has a ton of space and the entire complex has everything you need either directly inside it or right hit outside. Having three teenage kids, it was great to have 4 big bed available and three bathrooms is awesome. Would definitely recommend this place and stay here again.
