A million dollar view!! It feels amazing that my family and I had the opportunities to stayed at this place. It’s clean, close to everything, especially being on the 22nd floor. my family and I would wake up early morning to walk and run on that scenic view road. The place itself is perfect for our family of 6. They have everything you need in the kitchen for cooking, extra towels in the bathroom and the amenities of this place. We definitely recommend this place and we would love to come back.:)

Very clean . Close to the beach and shopping. Beautiful view!! The smell of Marijuana was overwhelming the first 4 nights there. After that is was just smoke. Always at night.

It was great!!! My wife and I came down with our in-laws to celebrate our 39th anniversary and we had a great time. Wish we would have hit the lottery so we could have stayed longer!!

Very clean and had all amenities. Excellent beach view and just a short walk to it. The communication was excellent, as well. Our family loved this place and will come back again. Did not have additional trash bag for multiple day stay. But, overall, we enjoyed our time here.

Looked exactly like the pictures and very well decorated! I would stay here again, the only hesitation would be the beds were not most comfortable. However, the view was great and place was well worth the money.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and just like the pictures. The only complaint was there wasn’t extra trash bags and the living area chairs were damp as if they had been shampooed or sprayed to get clean. We will definitely use again.

The condo is just what we needed. As the vacation before our sons senior year, we had a great time. The host answered all questions promptly and we would definitely recommend to anyone who asks.

Everything was great, location, apartment, atmosphere, we had a great time. The refrigerator never got cold enough. We had to keep everything in the freezer, which only got down to 32-33 degrees.

Excellent location to bring your family to enjoy a exciting vacation. Along with the amazing view, the location is superb. You’re easily able to access everything at a convenience such as, a walk to the beach, restaurants, shopping centers, venues, etc. I would highly recommend giving RealJoy the opportunity to handle your stay.

This is a beautiful condo and photos don’t do the view justice. From the time you walk through the door, you can see the ocean and that is exactly how I want vacations to be! The beds are comfortable and the decorations are tastefully done and beachy without overdoing it.

They stay, and most importantly - the view, the were fantastic. Everything was just as pictured and described, and I was extremely pleased (especially in lieu of some of the reviews stating the room was in disarray when they got there). The view alone needs its own review! Absolutely gorgeous! I would definitely stay again/recommend it. **they came in extra clutch with the beach chairs and umbrellas on the balcony, too**

We loved this property! The view was excellent with the beach just a short walk across the street. The condo was immaculate, right across from the elevators, and the kitchen fully stocked with supplies. Everything at the property was clean and well maintained, including the beautiful pools. We would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed this condo! Great location, short walk to the beach and close to many stores and restaurants. The decor of the condo was beautiful and tasteful. It was clean and comfortable. The balcony has great views and we enjoyed chilling on the balcony in the mornings and evenings. We love the Destin area and will be going back, hopefully soon!

Omg! Upon arrival the housekeeper team did an amazing job, very clean. Love how they had the music playing when we arrived, such a nice touch. I did advise the property manager that the lock/hook was broken and they were willing to send over maintenance. They were very responsive with any and all questions. The view is just breathtaking. We went during spring break and everyone was just friendly, the staff & guest. We travel quite frequently and this was by far the nicest unit we have stayed at in awhile. Just note during the peak time of the year you most likely will not be able to check-in early- just FYI. But other than that I would recommend this property!!!

Great views from the balcony we sat out every morning and night, spacious place for a family of 5. Beach is a 5 minute walk and stations to rinse on the way back. Pools were cold but it’s March, but huge. We will be trying to book again.

This was great for a relaxing vacation! Beautiful view and quiet area. The host responded quickly to any questions we had. We hung out at the beach daily which was just a short walk through the complex and road bikes to view the scenic route and eat lunch.

5/5 star rating. The property exactly how it was advertised, the resort community that the property resides in is amazing. Check in was smooth, parking was perfect and the location was second to none!

This is my 2nd booking with RealJoy! 1st Panama City Beach, now here. What you see is what you get! I have not been disappointed yet. The cleanliness, location, access to the property, close to shopping, restaurants, Crab Island & The Harborwalk. U can't ask for anything more. The views from the 22nd floor is just breathtaking! The balcony is so spacious. My sisters & I are vaccinated & still took precautions & tested before arrival for our own peace of mind coming from different states. A couple are really picky about where they stay & when I tell you not one complaint I knew I did good booking another RealJoy property. Book it. I promise you will not be disappointed!

Room exactly as pictured. You will need to get toilet paper depending on how many people are staying and the length of your stay, they only provided a small roll in each bathroom. Very clean room and resort. Nice pools, great view and the beach is beautiful!

Only minor updates needed along with a new stove top maybe. Didn’t realize there was no laundry detergent so we didn’t get to use the washing machines. Everything was mostly great but beds and pillows a little stiff and throw pillow covers need to washed along with throw blankets provided. Would definitely consider staying again
