Ariel Dunes offers 24 stories of amazing views that span the sugar white sands and emerald green water of the coastline. The building is angled slightly to the west, and the sunsets are incredible! From the rear of the building, you get a bird's eye view of the lush Seascape Golf Course, and the sparkling Choctawhatchee Bay.

Seascape Resort encompasses over 3 hundred acres of lush greens, serene lakes and 2000 feet of pristine white sand beach. Soak in the views of the gulf without all the traffic noise. Ariel Dunes I is set back into the resort, and is a quieter alternative, giving you a break from seasonal traffic noise but close enough for you to drink in the sights and sounds of Destin's famous beaches. Take a relaxing stroll to the beach and feel your cares melt away!

Ariel Dunes I offers a state of the art fitness center, along with a 12,000sf pool featuring a zero entry, with a spacious deck for lounging and catching some rays before hitting the beach. Kids will love splashing around in the mushroom fountain!

Area Attractions:

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. A number of boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine, and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food. In 2013, Walton County’s first movie theater opened at Grand Boulevard’s Town Center – the state-of-the-art Boulevard 10 Movie Theater.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

This is our second time staying at Ariel Dunes 1 and we loved it. When things went wrong, Real Joy was quick to respond. Tv went out, they had a new one for us the same day. Windows were smeary from the weather, they cleaned them to see that beautiful view clearly again.

The location is amazing! The view of the ocean from the balcony is incredible!! This is really the reason we chose this place over many other options in the area. The condo was clean and very cute and comfy. The bed was very comfortable even though it is quite tall and difficult to climb up into. We did have an issue with the sink in the half bath completely clogging after using right when we first arrived. Communication was quick when I reached out to resolve it. It did take more than a day for someone to come out though so that was a bummer but not the worst thing in the world. Overall, our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. You can’t beat the view and short walk to the beach!

Family time so special ??

I really enjoyed my stay and with having 2 bunk beds 2 of my grandchildren were able to spend some nights with me while there. It was great to have time with family in such a pleasurable family atmosphere. The pools and the beaches were easy access for small ones as well as oldies ??. Our unit was perfect for us. And to add what a beautiful view from our unit!

Our flight was canceled and we arrived a day later than planned ! We called and no problem at all! When we entered it was so inviting! Music playing softly and the place was immaculate! The view while relaxing on the veranda was so beautiful !! The pools were so nice and after walking distance of sun bathing at the beach a nice ending to the day! It was equipped with everything that you would need if you chose to stay in and cook a few mornings or evenings! We enjoyed our stay and feel so grateful! The view for this particular unit was fabulous. The unit itself was spacious and clean! Although it is on the 17th floor, we didn’t have a problem with using the elevator due to it being off-season.
Throughout the whole property, it was well kept. Saw several times the place being cleaned and maintained. Also saw the security officer several times throughout our stay.
If ever we return to the area, this is our spot. So many things close by to enjoy!

We really enjoyed staying at this Airbnb! The hosts were relatively quick at responding if I had any questions. The view on the balcony was beautiful. It was only a short 3 minute walk to the beach which wasn’t an inconvenience at all. The location in general was pretty much perfect. Everywhere we needed to go was really only a few minutes away. Overall I would definitely recommend this place to others!
