We love this property and location. The first time we were here the beach access was under construction so that made getting to the beach a little more difficult. This time was perfect! The condo was great and comfortable! We had everything we needed. We loved the pools and feeding the fish and turtles in the pond. We had lovely weather! Thanks again!

Not sure if my last review went through. The place was great, plenty of room and good layout. Only things we would suggest is to check the amount of forks and spoons in the unit; and instructions in how to use the TV would be nice along with a printout of where the major channels are. The few questions we had while there were there were answered promptly. World have loved better weather but you couldn't control that. Thanks for everything

This condo was perfect for my 2 grandchildren (1 and 3) to run and play in the spacious living room! The open concept kitchen allowed for cooking great meals while hanging out with family! Feeding the turtles and fish in the lake was one of the highlights of their day! The walk to the beach was not too far and easy! A cart would have made it easier with the littles! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Place was nice and spacious, with just a few hiccups...
Although it states "ground floor" unit, you still had to go up a couple flights of stairs to main entry, which was a slight unexpected inconvenience for someone that was handicapped.
Not so sure the comforters were washed before our arrival as one appeared to have some dog hair on it.
Our beach chairs were taken from right outside our front door, and only after calling to inquire did we learn that it was the HOA/maintenance who took them, but they did not even leave a note indicating it was them, or even as to why they took them. We did not get them back as we left left the next morning before learning who had taken them.

Sandy, Thank you for taking the time to review your stay. We are sorry about the confusion surrounding the "ground floor" description. It is a first floor unit but only on the balcony side. On the parking lot side there is a garage floor under the first floor. There is an elevator if you do not wish to take the stairs. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and we will be updating the description so the next guest is not confused. The linens are always washed in between guests. We are sorry that the HOA moved your beach chairs. We understand how frustrating that must have been. We hope you enjoyed some time on our beautiful beaches and had a safe trip home. The place was a bit old but well maintained/clean. A few steps from the beach. Quite place. Even thou the sliding screen are broken, I will still recommend this place. Hopefully, they will clean the freezer and oven. Over all we love the place.

We spent our first Family Beach Vacation ( 2 boys 8 & 10yrs old, 1 daughter 14yrs old) here and it was all we expected and more. 30 second walk to the beach. Very convenient. It is close to restaurants and shopping. Peaceful neighborhood and we also loved having a pool as well. We knew after our second night there that we wanted to extend our stay. The extended night was approved and we enjoyed the entirety of our stay. We highly recommend and we’ll be back soon. 08/2023

We have stayed at this complex for many years but this was the first time staying in this condo and it didn’t disappoint! The condo is huge and very easy access to the beach. This will definitely be our new condo we rent every year!

The house fit our group. 8 of us Everyone had a bed Lots of room Bathrooms are beautiful We do wish the kitchen were better stocked for pots, pans and utensils. We all cook and eat in most of our stays. Few light bulbs out with no extras we could find. Directions on how to use the coffee pot? LOL We would love your help this time next Spring to find a place for 8 3 BR 3 BA ocean front Or we’d like to have Amalfi 101A if the owner can assure us we won’t get booted out.

Beautiful condo with tons of space across the street from the beach! It really was a great place to stay. Just a heads up- the screen doors are a little loose so you have to be careful when opening them, and a few of the chairs at the table are a little wobbly so be careful with those too. Otherwise it was absolutely perfect.

We had a great stay. The place was as clean as shown in the pictures and there was a plenty of room for our group of 8 (4 adults and 4 kids). Easy access to the beautiful Miramar Beach was great and the location overall is as good as you will find in the area. It is a bit of a drive (20-35mins depending on traffic) to the main Destin tourist area but it was a trade off of staying is a very quite and peaceful area when you head back home from doing all of the tourist activities.
We would definitely consider staying at this place again when we return to Destin area.

Great location! We got 1st floor, minimal stairs since there is a parking garage underneath. There is an elevator for top floors. I would consider this a family friendly space, there was no noise problems not disturbances. The beach is crossing the street and two pools( one heated). Overall nice quiet place.

This place was super spacious inside, and the location was great! It’s literally right across the street from the beach, which was so nice. The unit was also very clean, and the kitchen is huge! It’s close to the grocery store and some other shopping, which was nice for non-beach days. Bring some extra toilet paper, trash bags, and paper towels! I would love to go back!

I would definitely go back to this specific air bnb. It was close to the ocean and within walking distance to everything. We were happy with the accommodations. We also had some slight concerns with items that were previously broken and immediately reported it to the management company and they responded quickly. We are happy with the response time, we took pictures and they reassured us that we wouldn’t be charged for previous damage. Overall we had tons of fun and happy with the place we stayed at.

Typically spaces are a lot smaller in the photos, but not in this case. This place was a lot bigger than expected. Very modern and loved everything about it! It wasn’t nice to step out on the porch to see the water and even go out the gate from the front porch and just walk across the street to the beach. I would definitely recommend this place to family or friends!

First of all the customer service experience is excellent from beginning til end. The home was clean, updated and comfortable. The beach was right across the street, literally steps away. I will definitely be back.
