Welcome to A Sight 2 Sea, nestled in the exclusive, gated beachfront community of Sea Haunts. This stylish townhome is designed to leave you feeling relaxed and refreshed, with breathtaking Gulf views from the living room, king suite, and furnished balcony. The well-equipped kitchen allows you to prepare everything from your morning coffee to a delicious family meal, making it perfect for your beachside getaway.

On the first floor, you'll find a cozy bunk area featuring a twin-over-twin bunk bed with a twin trundle. Curtains provide added privacy, and the area includes en suite access to a renovated full bath with a walk-in shower, as well as direct access to a private patio where you can unwind and enjoy the fresh coastal breeze. The third floor features a luxurious king master bedroom with stunning Gulf views from the bed and en suite access to a beautifully renovated shared bath, complete with a walk-in shower and double vanity. Also on this floor is a versatile guest bedroom, offering a twin loft bed and a king bed. This room provides convenient hallway access to a shared full bath with a walk-in shower and double vanity. With these thoughtful accommodations, the townhome comfortably sleeps up to eight guests.

Pets will be considered for monthly snowbird rentals only. Pets are restricted to two dogs, with a weight limit of 40 pounds per dog. If you are traveling with a pet, please call the reservations team within 24 hours of placing your reservation. Guests are responsible for paying a non-refundable pet fee of $250.

Sea Haunts is a gated beachfront community offering the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. Just steps from the Gulf, it features a beautifully maintained pool and jacuzzi only 50 yards from your door. Surrounded by lush landscaping, the area includes ample lounge chairs and shaded tables, ideal for relaxing or gathering. Heated in March and April (at the HOA's discretion), these amenities provide year-round comfort, making Sea Haunts a serene and luxurious coastal retreat.

A Sight 2 Sea is perfectly situated, with Grayton Beach, Seaside, Seacrest, and Rosemary Beach just minutes away from the East. Located in an upscale area of Hwy 30A, this pristine house is perched between Destin and Seaside. Just a 13-minute drive to Grand Boulevard Town Center with over 35 shops and restaurants and the all-new state-of-the-art Boulevard 10 Movie Theater. Bike down to Blue Mountain Creamery for a cone or meander along the miles of trails!

The Gulf Place community is located along a 26-mile stretch of sugar-white sand and turquoise waters of Northwest Florida’s celebrated Emerald Coast. As one of the 16 distinct beach neighborhoods in South Walton, it has its distinct character and charm. This colorful community on 30A is comprised of 25 acres located in the heart of Santa Rosa Beach on the corner of 30A and 393. 30A is a fantastic destination, the beaches are some of the world’s best with sugar-white sand and emerald-green waters. You will find plenty of beach accesses along a 17-mile stretch of Santa Rosa Beach. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine, and the incredible architecture that makes 30A famous. There are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you'll find it all right here.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Seahorse Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 715 feet out from the Topsail Hill Preserve State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Seahorse Reef is at a depth of 13-18 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
