Located just 715 feet out from the Topsail Hill Preserve State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Seahorse Reef is at a depth of 13-18 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Amazing
This place was amazing! We stayed here with our kids and were so happy with the accommodations and location to the beach! Our unit was equipped with everything needed to enjoy the beach and the bikes were a great way to see the charming area. This is a great quiet private location! This home was the perfect backdrop for our family’s vacation. It was a 1 minute walk to the pool and 2 minute walk to the beach. The garage provided sand toys, boogie boards, and beach chairs. We enjoyed walking to local restaurants and using the bikes too. We appreciated all of the extra games and puzzles too! My kids enjoyed the 30A Monopoly game. :)
The condo did actually have a pack-n-play available which was helpful! Our only issue was that the 3rd bedroom was on the lower level and did not have a door, but rather a curtain. We were not able to use it for our toddler. But this room would be perfect for older junior high/high school kids.

We enjoyed our stay and plan to return! The kitchen was well stocked with the appliances and cookware we needed to cook for our family during our stay. The girls loved the bunk beds and everyone had plenty of room. The bunk bed room is on the 1st floor, while the other bedrooms are on the 3rd floor, so keep that in mind if you have small children. Ours are older so they loved the independence.
The beach is a 60 second walk from the front door and we enjoyed the pool area as well. We had a minor issue after checkin but it was remedied immediately. If you’re on the fence, just rent it. It doesn’t disappoint.- Posted: 3/12/2025
