"This was the perfect place! Our first time to Fort Walton area. Close to great restaurants. Quick and easy beach access. Bathroom in every room was wonderful. Kitchen was well equipped! The communication was quick and always helpful when needed. Overall this entire condominium was very clean, even the pool area! Very well maintained. Would absolutely visit this place again! Thanks for a wonderful stay!"

"Wedding/Family trip - We decided to take this trip as a late Mother’s Day gift for our moms & decided to get married on the beach. The trip is the best trip I’ve ever been on. "Condo in Okaloosa Island - Girls trip during Mother’s Day weekend. Property was located near restaurants, was nicely decorated, and had the amenities needed for cooking and to be near the beach. I would highly recommend this property and plan to come back soon."

"Not enough essentials - I found the kitchen lacking in "essentials" such as salt & pepper, paper towels (1 roll) toilet paper, NO kleenex. Overall the unit was clean, but the outside furniture needs to be cleaned as it was moldy and dirty."

"Exceptional - First time in 13 years on the coast and my daughter's (who is 8) first trip ever to the ocean - she was so happy and excited. Our room and the view were beautiful. And it was very easy to check in and check out, and the welcome bag with the card, directions, contact info for anything we needed to know and the few little happy gifts waiting for us on the kitchen counter was a great welcome.
We will definitely be back as soon as we can squeeze in another last minute vacation week

"Minor set back - Everything was good except the tub in one of the guest bathrooms was slow draining. The water handle was also broken. When we called maintenance they came to repair it while we were gone and unfortunately they "repaired" a different bathroom leaving us without the 3rd bathroom for the week. Otherwise, everything was great and we still had 2 other bathrooms to shower with 😁"

"Last Week of June 2018 - The condo was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The view from the patio was nice both in the morning and evening. We utilized the grills outside which were all surprisingly clean compared to other places we have stayed in the past. We liked the convenience and proximity of the grocery, restaurants, and shops. We would come back again.
The only negative of the trip was the "June Grass" that was in the water the whole week."
